PATRIOTIC BOARD SERVICE
A proposal has been made that the three armed Services should be directly represented upon the Wellington Metropolitan Patriotic Committee, and most members of that body today expressed the view, the decision being unanimous, that should the Services desire direct representation their representatives would be welcome, though, as the chairman, Mr. Hislop, suggested, their work would lie rather with the Provincial Council, as wider issues than work in the metropolitan area alone would be their greater concern* *•
