PARAMOUNT THEATRE. •Fine acting, and a fine story combine to ,nakc "Shining Victory," which has returned to the Paramount Theatre, a picture of notable quality. The story is unusual, and it rises to the dramatic heights that one would expect of the author of "The Citadel." It is the story of the love of two women 'for one man:—one a doctor, the other a private secretary. The man is a research worker in. the; realms of psychiatry,- and his- assistant is a. woman graduate« fresh from college.-Tho background to the -story is'at"times' rather-bizarre, bnt the picture fascinates, right up to the final climax. The acting of James Stephensoii' i& outstanding, and ho is ably supported by Gcraldtne Fitzgerald, Barbara CNeil, and Donald Crisp. A supporting picture "is'"Women in War," which stars Wendy .:Barrie. and Colin Tnpley. OE LUXE THEATRE.
