ST. PATRICK'S COLLEGES
To promote the interests of the two St. Patrick's Colleges, one in Wellington and the other in Silverstream, the St. Patrick's College Old Boys' Association has established a trust fund, which is to be administered by the rectors of the two colleges and the president of the association. Among the objects of the fund are provision for requirements of the teaching staffs, for technical or specialised training, and studies for staffs and pupils, for improvements and additions to college buildings, grounds, furnishings. and equipment, and for assistance to pupils, particularly the sons.^ of old boys, to secure education aP'the colleges.
The fund is to be built up by the transfer every year of not less than 25 per cent, of the subscriptions and donations received by the association, and, it is hoped, by gifts and legacies. One Wellington citizen has already made a donation of £100.
