LAVAL WOUNDED
Assassination Attempt (Rec. noon.) LONDON, April 30. Another attempt has been made to assassinate Laval. Brazzaville radio announced that gunmen wounded him in the .shoulder while he was returning from a meeting with Hitler. The radio added that M. Pierre Cathala. who is Laval's financial secretary, was seriously wounded.
