LONDON, February 2. Moscow has announced that the Russian forces have captured or wiped out the remnants of the German troops encircled at Stalin* grad. A special communique from Mos« cow announces the capture of three more German generals, including the commander of the last encircled group. In the last two days the Russians have taken 45,000 prisoners, making a total of 91,000 captured since January 10. These figures include 24 generals and more than 2500 officers. The great haul of material captured includes 750 aircraft, more than 1500 tanks, and nearly 9000 guns.
