DIVIDEND DECLARED

The directors of the Southland Frozen Moat and Produce Export Co., Ltd., have recommended a final dividend of 8d on preference and ordinary shares, payable on March 1, 1943. Transfer books will be closed from February 11 to 17, both days inclusive. The shares are ex. div. on February 11.
