USEFUL SALVAGE
Silk and. nylon stockings. are on the list of salvage items required as admission to the weekly' Saturday night parties', of - the Girls' Service Club, New York City. Metal keys were the price of entrance to the inaugural event, with servicemen as < guests'. Other items to be called for from time to time are tin cans, rubber, arid linen cloth. The stockings were in response to a call for use in making powder bags.
