PARTIAL RESTRICTION
In today's issue there appears a formal notice over the signatures of the responsible district sub-controllers concerning the application of the recently amended emergency lighting regulations to areas outside the city of Wellington. ' • The notice sets out the position in considerable detail, and should be i studied with care by all who reside! or use roads and highways within the area along the eastern side of Port Nicholson up to Kaitoke, and across! to the western coast past Titahi Bay and adjacent areas up to and including Paraparaumu. .
