(Rec. 11.30 a.m.) RUGBY, Dec. 15.

An Air Ministry communique says that co-operation and Fighter Command aircraft today attacked enemy transport targets in France and Belgium. A number of railway engines were damaged and a goods train and several barges set on fire. All the planes returned.—B.O.W.
