NEW ZEALAND BRIDEGROOM

On September 14, the marriage took place at St. Mary's Church, Kilburn, London, of John Mitchell Cameron, Sub-Lieutenant, R.N.Z.N.V.R., eldest son of Mr. and Mrs. Reuben Mitchell Cameron, of Whare Rata, Palmerston North, and Mary Mitchell Blackmore. only daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Alfred Penrose Blackmore, of West End Court, London. The Rev. F. Mellows, M.A. (vicar) officiated at the choral ceremony

The bride, who was given away by Mr. John Buchannon Cameron (cousin of the bridegroom), wore a tailored tweed suit with navy blue accessories, and a spray of Lapagaria lilies. The best man was Captain L. G. Burleigh. The reception was held at Gennaro's Restaurant, Soho. The guests included Mr. V. Gibson (Palmerston North) and a number of fellow-officers of the bridegroom and friends of the bride.

After the war, Mr. and Mrs. Cameron hope to make their home in New Zealand. Mr. Cameron arrived in England 3J years ago to study production engineering in the motor industry.
