NAZIS LOSE PLANES OVER BAY OF BISCAY
(Rec. 10.30 a.m.) RUGBY, Nov. 2.
Striking hard at the Nazi attempts to throw a fighter screen over their U-boats crossing the Bay of Biscay, Coastal Command Beaufighters yesterday destroyed two Junkers 88's and damaged others.
Two more, which attacked a Wellington bomber of the Polish Squadron, were driven off.—B.O.W.
