TEA AND SUGAR RATIONS
(P.A.) CHRISTCHURCH, This Day The Minister of Supply (Mr. Sullivan) announced that the tea and sugar rations for November would be the same as for October, namely, 40oz of sugar and half a pound of tea per person. He added that as a result of cutting out the tea ration for children under 10 years of age he hoped to be able to announce an increased ration of tea for December.
