AMERICANS'ARRIVAL IN
LIBERIA
Rec. 1.30 p.m.) MONROVIA (Liberia), Oct. 30. It is revealed that American troops have been in Liberia for three months. The Liberian national legislature has issued special emergency regulations which will continue for the duration of the war and six months afterwards. Under these Liberia will be able to co-operate with America's war plans.
