The Minister of Transport (Mr. Semple) i announced today that under a general zoning scheme which he has approved no grocer would deliver in built-up areas more than once a week. The smallest parcel which might be delivered was one weighing 81b, or over three cubic feet in size. Special arrangements were being made to prevent overlapping in rural districts.
