JAP NAVAL LOSSES
Much Greater Than American
NEW ORLEANS, August 17. Admiral A. J. Hepburn, Director of Public Relations at the Navy Department, said that the Japanese naval losses have been several times—possibly five times—greater than those of the United States, including Pearl Harbour. He added that most of the Pearl Harbour damage had been repaired.
