MONTEVIDEO, August 14. . An.ti-Faseist Italians opened a PanAmerican conference designed to unify "the Free Italy movement. Under the chairmanship of Count Carlo Si'orza.: one of the last of the pre-Mussolini Foreign Ministers, who has been directing the anti-Fascist movement from the United States, the members of the conference declared that their ideals fitted perfectly with those of the United Nations1.
