ENLISTMENT IN A.I.F.
MELBOURNE, June 10.
Militiamen and permanent soldiers between 19 and 40 may now enlist in the A.I.F. Announcing this, Allied Land Force Headquarters said the age limit might be extended to. 45 for those on technical duties. Only those who are medically fit would be allowed to enlist.
Those who could volunteer J'or A.I.F. (service at home or abroad) included men, called up lor .universal-training, and Allied nationals and naturalised aliens who ' had volunteered ior..the militia.
