MECHANISED UNIT MOVEMENT
While contributing largely .to the^ j ceremonial aspect of the big parade oh Saturday, the twenty-mile column of j mechanised units will be treating the'1 occasion as an exercise. Quick movement in tactical formation is an essential .with such units, and participation,! in Saturday's parade will serve as a test in that respect for those engaged, the area to' be traversed in the city: being, of course, but a small part of that over which the complete exer-; cisc will be carried out.
