Only members of the Defence Services share in the' Commonwealth list of King's Birthday Honours. The highest-honour was a C.B. conferred on Brigadier ,F.-R. North. In the Victorian list,. Knighthoods are conferred on Cr. F. J. E. . Beaurepaire, Lord Mayor of. Melbourne, and Mr. H. H. Olney.M.L.C.'
