SUPPLIES FROM RUSSIA NOT
TO BE OVER-RATED
(Rec. noon.) STOCKHOLM, Feb. 25
The German Press has warned the people against over-rating the possibility of supplies from Russia, especially the Ukraine, says the Berlin correspondent of the "Svenska Dagbladets." One newspaper said that the Ukraine is not, as many people believe, a land flowing with milk and honey, and that the harvest cannot be expected perceptibly to improve Europe's supplies.
