A Greymouth ticket won the first prize in the "You'll Be Lucky" Art Union, which was drawn this morning, and the South Island also claimed the second prize, this going to Dunedin. The Wellington district had to be content with the fourth prize. The drawing took place in the presence of Mr. J. W. Hutchen, representing the Department of Internal Affairs, while Sergeant F. M.
