CITY EVACUATION
BASIS OF SCHEME URGED
Representations are to be made by the Central Committee of the Wellington E.P.S. to the Government that there should be formulated without delay the basis of a scheme for the evacuation of women, children, old people, and invalids from dangerous areas to country towns or locations not likely to experience enemy action.
