PERSONAL NOTES
Mrs. Derisley F. Hobbs, Hill Street, is visiting her mother-in-law. Mrs. F. W. Hobbs, Christchurch.
Mrs. J. W. Shackelford, Auckland, has been visiting Lower Hutt. She returned north on Tuesday.
Misses Enid Kiernan and Reta Jacobfsen, Seatoun, left for Nelson last weekend on a holiday visit to the West Coast and Franz Josef Glacier.
Miss Cara Hall returned to Wellington yesterday after fulfilling pianoforte engagements at Marton and Masterton.
Mrs. Philip Halford, Fendalton, intends to leave Christchurch soon on her return journey to England. Flight Lieutenant and Mrs. Halford arrived in New : Zealand from England two years ago, and lived for some months in New Plymouth before going to Christchurch.
