CANADA MIGHT TAKE A SEAT
OTTAWA, February 16.
The Prime Minister, Mr. Mackenzie King, declared in the House of Commons that Canada would be represented on the Pacific War Council in London should its discussions be extended tb cover the whole Pacific area.
MORE RAIDS ON JAPANESE

. Agents of the Federal Bureau of Investigation carried out sweeping raids on Japanese establishments in California and seized truckloads of contraband, including Japanese army and navy uniforms, important secret documents, and empty aerial bomb casings.
Thirteen Japanese nationals were arrested.
