WORLD DAY OF PRAYER FOR
WOMEN
The annual women's world-wide day of prayer will be held on February 20, when women of all nations will join together in a chain of prayer. At Mount Hikurangi, in New Zealand, where the sun first shines on the British Empire, a dawn service will be held, and for 40 hours prayer will encircle the world.
In Wellington meetings will be held in the Central Baptist Church, Boulcott Street, morning and afternoon. The speakers will be Dr. Nola Ivory, Baptist missionary from India, and Adjutant Berry, of, the Salvation Army. Voluntary monetary contributions will be sent through the International Council of Missions for the relief of imperilled missionaries.
