SECRET AGREEMENT
SPANISH GRAIN FOR GERMANY
(Rec. & a.m.) MOSCOW, Feb. 16. The Tass news agency quotes a message from Lisbon which says that Spain has secretly agreed to grant Germany 50,000 tbns bf grain which was formerly intended for spring sowing.
