BOOKSELLERS' CONFERENCE
The annual conference of the Associated Booksellers of New Zealand was held in Wellington yesterday. Mr. B. E. H. Whitcombe presided. Tribute was paid to the manner in which the British publishers continue to fulfil their functions under trying conditions. The following officers were elected:—
