INCREASING PERSONNEL
WASHINGTON, Jan. 7.
The Hbuse of Representatives has passed and sent to the White House a Bill authorising', an increase in the enlisted navy strength from 300,000- to 500^000 men and of the Marine Corps from 60,000 to 104,000. .
