LONDON, Jan. 8

According to the Berlin correspondent of the Swiss newspaper "Tribune de Geneve," the situation of the Germans in the Crimea has become critical.

The Russians are established on the eastern and western coasts, endangering the Germans who are besieging Sebastopol. German counter-measures so far have failed.

The Moscow radio says that between January 1 and 6 the Germans on the south-western front lost over 8000 in killed. The Russians in the same period liberated 130 inhabited localities.
