PUPILS' CONCERT
CHAMBER MUSIC FEATURED
Miss Zillah Castle, A.R.C.M., L.R.S.M. (London) presented an unusual concert on Monday when her young students, from six to 19 years of age, featured chamber music ranging from Elizabethan to contemporary composers. Violin, piano, and English flute solos, duets, and trios provided varied entertainment to the capacity audience at Nimmo's Hall. The guests accompanists were Misses Shirley Craig and Una Scott (piano) and Ronald Castle (virginal). Lovely flowers were presented to Miss Castle and the accompanists. Those taking part were Neville Millar, Maureen Castle, Billy Main, Shirley Marment, Neville Sherring, Betty Marment, David Garbett, Henry Doreen, Valmai Campbell, Doris Clark. Hera Smithson, Laurice Castle, William Doreen, Betty Sherring, France? drinnan, Margaret Kenyon, Iris Bloomfield, Elizabeth Castle, James and Rosa Nicol, Sandra Gunn, Pauline Craig, Mary Ballinger.
