SUSPENSION INCREASED
(P.A.) AUCKLAND, December 2. The Auckland district committee upheld the appeal of the chief stipendiarysteward. Mr. H. T. C. Gomer, against the punishment imposed by the judicial committee of the Waikato Racing Club on the apprentice C. B. Goulsbro' for interference in the Hautapu Handicap on November 15. Goulsbro' was suspended for the second day of the meeting, but Mr. Gomer sought a review of the penalty. The district committee suspended the jockey for one month from November 15.
