RAIDERS OVER REICH

BREMEN & DUISBERG

OVEK 100 PLANES USED

LONDON, August 18.

. More than a hundred K.A.F. i bombers continued their offensive against Germany's industries last night, and many fires were started in Bremen and Duisber* in spite of bad weather. All except one of the British planes returned safely. A trail of blazing ruin was proof of their visit.

The practice of giving the number of planes in action is to be continued so far as possible without giving away valuable information to the enemy. Blenheims flew at a great height over the southeast coast this afternoon to bomb industrial targets at Lille.
