SOUTH AMERICANS' PRAISE FOR R.A.F.
RUGBY, August 17. A Press message from Ottawa states that members of the South American air mission who had spent a month in Britain inspecting the R.A.F., have just arrived in Canada. They expressed the highest praise for the efficiency and strength of the R.A.F. The mission, which is headed by a wing commander of the Chilean air force who once served with the R.A.F., includes airmen from Chile, the Argentine, and Peru.—B.O.W.
