TRADE WITH RUSSIA
"There has been some correspondence in regard to this matter," said the Acting Prime Minister (Mr. Nash) when asked last night if anything had been done towards developing trade with Russia, or arranging for Russian ships to come to New Zealand ports. He added that the prospects were being investigated.
Mr. Nash agreed that it would.be desirable if it were possible to develop trade between the two coun» tries. He said that New Zealand could probably supply eoine meat ■to -Russife
