LONDON, August 17.

Reports continue that Britain and Russia have sent strongly-worded Notes to Iran drawing attention to the dangers if Nazi "fifth columnists" are allowed to continue their activities in Iran.

The Notes, it is believed, do not represent an ultimatum, but point out that the dangers to which Iran may be

The Turkish reaction to the British and Russian declaration has been one of restrained pleasure, says the Ankara correspondent of "The Times." The Turks realise that the declaration removes any misgivings they may have entertained concerning Russian plans towards them.
