♦ ■■ — Scottish Club.—The Baudiuet Memorial Cup race was held over a four-mile course at Mlramar, 33 runners participating. The course was.partly under water and most runners had spills. L. Gerrie ran a splendid race from the 2min 30sec mark and won from the veteran Alf Stevens by about 130 yards. At the end of the first lap Austin, Gerrie, and Pay were in good positions. Silver and Stevens were doing well, and Riddlngton was tailing the fleld. Gerrie drew away at three miles and Stevens ran a great last mile. Hailes, of Caversham Club, Dunedtn, started well, but found the conditions too severe and dropped back after two miles. Results:—L. M. Gerrie. 1; A. L. Stevens, 2; P. Austin, 3. Fastest times: T. Bartlett, 30min 15 2-ssec; C. Bruce, 30min 17sec; B. Ballantyne, 30rain 27sec; L. Gerrie, 33min 59sec. Brooklyn Club.—For an invitation five-mile run given by Mr. and Mrs. Rowse, from Roseneath, 20 runners turned out. Good form was shown, by Newdick and McDougall in the first pack and Dickie and Daly in the fast pack. A run-in resulted:—C. Dickie 1. S. Rowse -, F. Dumfcle 3. Combined Run.—Methodist, Baptist. and Presbyterian harriers combined for a <%-mlle run on Saturday from Eastbourne to Butterfly Creek and back.
