ACCIDENTS
Jacqueline Carnick, aged 7, 249 Cuba Street, suffered a fracture of the left thigh, facial injuries, and concussion, when she was knocked down by a tram in Manners Street, opposite the Opera House, on Saturday afternoon. Miss M. Shivnan, 59 Thorndbn Quay, was knocked over by a motor-car in Molesworth Street at about 8 p.m. on Saturday, and suffered injuries to her ribs, abrasions to her legs, and severe shock.
As a result of a collision between a bicycle. and a taxi at the jcorner of Raroa Road and Plunket. Street, Kelburn. at about 6.45 a.m. yesterday. Mr. E. Parker, milk roundsman. 191 Wilton Road. Wadestown, suflered injuries to his head and left hip.
All the injured persons w.ere taken to hospital by the Free Ambulance.
