PASSAGES CANCELLED
LONDON, August 15. Nineteen of the Japanese business men who had booked their passages on the Kasima Maru, the last Japanese steamer to leave Australia, cancelled their trips at the last moment. They said they believed the Far East crisis would come to an end.
