_—-»—. —- | REDUCTION IN WEIGHT . | People sending letters overseas by the airmail services are urged by the Postmaster-General (Mr. Webb) to reStrict the weight of their correspondence. Mr. Webb said yesterday that the volume of airmail Letters for overseas had increased to such an extent that the carrying capacity of the aircraft available was becoming seriously taxed. One way in which the weight of the letters could be reduced was by the use of airmail writing paper and envelopes in place of ordinary writing: materials.
