NAPIER SEAT
(P.A.) NAPIER, This Day. Mr. H. S. Spence, accountant, of Napier, a member of the Borough Council, has accepted nomination as National candidate for the Napier seat. •
The. window-cleaner whose death was reported yesterday as a result of a fall from the second floor of the Stewart Dawson Building, Lambton Quay, has been identified as Arthur Benjamin Willis, married, aeed 58, of 35 Hopper Street.
