At 6ft hanging wall portion of reef, containing values, intercepted. There is still a footwall reef to be cut and this will be followed downwards. No. 6 level: On north side of winze a second stope was taken off, and a third stope • has been risen for. In this rise reef has been influenced- by a fault and crushed to a width of 6in. On' south side, first stope is being mullocked and air pass retknbered preparatory to rising for third stope. Reef overhead is 30in wide, tapering to 12in at 25ft south of winze.
