(Rec. 1 p.m.) v LONDON, May 19. The Tangier correspondent of the "Daily Express'" reports that Germany is massing troops disguised in Spanish uniforms in Spanish Morocco. The Germans are believed to be preparing for an air assault on Gibraltar or for an attack on Dakar. The Spanish colonial authorities are assisting the Germans to move secretly to remote valleys in Morocco. The troops are equipped with tanks, armoured cars, and troop-carrying trucks.—U.P.A.
