ALL FORWARDS SCORE
The unusual performance of each of the five ■ forwards scoring was put up by Institute Old Boys against Technical Old Boys at Kelburn Park. Institute won 5-3 in a fast game that was for the most, part very even; ndeed, Technical held a 2-1 lead early In the second half, and, although another four goals went against them, at no stage could Institute afford to relax. Better combination was perhaps the reason for Institute's win, but Technical have the makings of a dangerous attacking unit. The effectiveness of good heading was shown with Institute's first goal, which Reid (centreforward) nodded in off a neat corner-kick by Baxter (outside-left). McCarthy, centre-for-ward for Technical, got the . only other score in the first half, and Atkin. inside-left, earned on "the cood work in the second hnlt. Davies. Lattimer, Baxter, and Green put Institute in a safe position, although McCarthy scored again for Technical just on the whistle. Final score: Institute 0.8. 5. Technical 0.8. 3.
Referee: Mr. J. Sanderson
