TOO MUCH POLITICS
After outlining his policy in an address last night Mr. C. S. Teece, independent candidate for the City Council, said: "This election campaign has no doubt proved to electors that politics should have no place in civic affairs. The Citizens" and Labour candidates have done nothing but fight each other on political issues. To them, a constructive^ policy and the welfare of the city seem to be only minor details. It is to be hoped that electors will remember this on polling day."
