PRODUCTION OF PLANES
WASHINGTON. April 5.
An official of the Office of Production Management announced that planes produced in March totalled 1216. of which 1074 were destined for the United States army and navy and for Britain.
The Civil Aeronautics Administration announced today that there were 2145 licensed women pilots in the United States on January 1, 1941. compared with 1336 last year.
