NO DEFINITE DECISION
LONDON, February 14,
Marshal Petain arrived in Vichy this morning after travelling all night from his meeting with General Franco at Montpellier. He was accompanied by Admiral Darlan.
A Vichy dispatch to the official German news agency merely said of the talks at Montpellier that they had not dealt with any definite problem and no definite decision was reached.
