BROTHERS ACQUITTED
Gordon Frederick ,Miller, a motor driver, aged 27, and David Hugh Miller, a clerk, aged 37, were acquitted by a jury in the Supreme Court yesterday afternoon on a charge of unlawfully converting a motor-car valued at SIOO, the property of James Baxter, on January 11, and a further charge of doing wilful damage to the extent of £100. The car was taken from Frederick Street and went over a gully in Hornsey Road. The accused were discharged by Mr. Justice Johnston.
Mr. C. H. W.eston, K.C., with him Mr. W. R. Birks, conducted the case for the Crown, and Mr. R. Hardie Boys appeared for both the accused.
