FRENCH SHORTAGES
The French Government gave the Ministry of Production authority recently to forbid sales of electric appliances or to forbid the use of electric heaters where electric power is limited. It may also enforce reductions in lighting and modify working hours in manufacturing plants using electrical equipment. ■- - , x
