DUTCH SHIPS
AN AREA TO AVOID
LONDON, February 14.
An agency message from Manila says that all Dutch shipping has been ordered by the Dutch Admiralty to keep out of Pacific waters north of the Philippines, and sailings from the Dutch East Indies to Hong Kong, Shanghai, and Japan have been cancelled. Routes to the United States md the south Pacific are not affected.
