RIGHT TO STRIKE
DEFENCE INDUSTRIES
WASHINGTON, February 5. | The American Federation of Labour has denounced proposals for legislative curtailment of labou"'s right to strike in defence industries as "abhorrent and unconstitutional." « The federation said that neither suspension nor restriction of the right to strike would be accepted by organised labour. The National Labour Relations Board has announced that the organisation designed to speed up the settle--nent of complaints will be shaken up.
